Lillian Marie Taylor

Justin and I spent the evening with our niece Lily and her "Mor Mor" (grandma in swedish). She was not as big of a fan of shake-n-bake chicken as her Uncle Justin, but he did manage to trick her into eating a few pieces by hiding them in kraft cheese singles. The kid just loves cheese! and applesauce...or as she says it apppplllllleeesaawwwssss. She says it very softly and draws out the syllables.

Watching for Mor Mor. Lily doesn't take her eyes off the doorway when Mor Mor leaves the room. Good thing she always comes back....to change the diaper. Uncle Justin was concerned because it's been quite some time since he changed a diaper and he doesn't know how to get the diaper off. It would appear you have inherited at least one thing from Uncle Justin. It has been told that extra tape is needed for your evening diapers as you like to take them off during the night. Just for fun! and just like Uncle Justin when he was a little lad!

Happy faces are my favorite! I love Lily's smile. I'm pretty sure I've never seen a smile that sweet!!
Photoshop Fun!

And now Miss Lily will demonstrate the proper way to brush one's teeth. You carefully apply the blue flavored (?) toothpaste to the bristles, you place the brush against you teeth at which time you may feel free to swallow all the toothpaste. Then you may run away giggling with your toothbrush in hand to add it to your pile of toys on the kitchen chair. Next time Mor Mor will make you brush your teeth at the sink, I think!
I don't think we met the ADA standards for brushing, but you were so darn cute doing it, it hardly mattered. What matters the most, is that you turned from a baby to a sweet little girl right before our very eyes. We watch with amazement as you grow and change into the person you will become. Uncle Justin and Aunt Heather love spending time with you! You make us laugh and smile when you give us sweet kisses on the cheek and when you ask us to read you stories. We can hardly wait for the next time we get to spend time with you, so we can see what new words you have learned or just to hear you giggle!
